New distribution agreement with Evonik Industries (21-08-2009)

Fagron has entered into a distribution agreement with Evonik Industries in Germany relating to
the transfer of customers in the nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical industry which buy raw
materials. As a specialist in pharmaceutical raw materials, Fagron will also offer other products
from its own extensive range. Fagron expects to complete the phased transfer of these
customers in the first quarter of 2010.
